Creighton and I have found ourselves taking more advantage of the warm(ish) days that we've had lately. I think it's because we know in the back of our minds that we're really lucky to have a few more days of tolerable weather before the....you know.....kicks in.
You know.....the few months of "ahhhh - this is why we moved to Seattle" followed by "well, it sorta feels Christmas-y even if it
is still raining" and finally, the long four months or so of "alright already!! I'm sooooooo deficient in vitamin D it's not even funny!"
So, last weekend we found ourselved at
Seward Park and spent some Labor Day Weekend time enjoying the sights, sounds and sun on Lake Washington.

Today we found ourselves at
Lincoln Park in West Seattle. While quietly watching the sun set, I felt that we were feeling the waning light of summer. Good bye tank tops, tan lines and long days.

Hello crisp air, comfort food and
football.

After today's abysmal Seahawk performance, we are definitely Cowboys fans.
